The 21st STS Conference Graz 2023, exploring "Critical Issues in Science, Technology, and Society Studies," was held from May 8–10, 2023 in Graz, Austria.

On 28 April 2023, StandICT.eu is organising a webinar on "Digital Product Passport - Making informed choices and protecting brands" bringing together large industries and SMEs, security practitioners, logistics managers and suppliers, and representatives of standards development organisations.

The EU Knowledge Valorisation Week brings together research and innovation actors to exchange their experiences –whether they come from academia, business, politics or society.

The 9th ETSI/IQC Quantum Safe Cryptography workshop will return to an in-person format at ETSI Headquarters in Sophia Antipolis from 13-15 February 2023.

The event will start with an Executive Track on 13 February followed by a Technical Track on 14-15 February.

The programme committee is currently calling for papers and posters for the Technical Track. The full event programme will be published early December.

Maximizing the Impact of European 6G Research through Standardization

 

Most international standards are regulation-ready and many are already used to support national climate and environmental policies. Through their transparent, multi-stakeholder and consensus-based development process, international standards can also support cross-sectoral dialogue between scientific experts, industry partners and policymakers. International standards are an important contribution to closing the implementation gap and moving from agreement to collective action.

The 2022 edition of the ETSI IoT Week, “Pursuing Digital and Green Transformation”, will take place physically in ETSI premises, Sophia Antipolis, France, on 10-14 October2022.
