Norma, was the first standardisation chatbot designed for EU projects and was available from 2022-2024. Accessible via the HSbooster.eu website, Norma used conversational AI to answer common questions and provide real-time assistance on topics such as:

With a solid knowledge base generated from user queries, Norma even redirected off-topic questions to relevant resources, ensuring comprehensive support.
