Short bio
René Lindner was senior project manager at DIN and the coordinator of the BRIDGIT2 project, which aim is to strengthen the relationship between the research, innovation and standardization community. He has more than 7 years of experience with research and innovation projects and is mainly involved in innovative topics such as security/resilience and smart city. He has been part of the European Commission's successfully declared project SMR Smart Mature Resilience and supported the development of the CWA 17300 series on ‘City Resilience Development intensively’. Besides SMR he participated in several other European research and innovation projects such as SmarterTogether, ESPRESSO, DRIVER+, SAYSO and ResiStand. He holds a diploma in industrial engineering and has, throughout his career, a specific focus on innovation and project management.
