Description
CYBERSTAND.eu aims to empower European stakeholders to engage in the development of standards and conformity in relation to the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). To reach this goal, CYBERSTAND will launch six cycles for service provisions, or Specific Service Procedures (SSP), over the next three years. The topics of the SSPs will cover the areas of the Standardisation request, including the further development of already existing international standards, and will be defined through continuous monitoring analysis of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and its Standardisation Requests.
A key synergy has been established between CYBERSTAND.eu and HSbooster.eu, rooted in a shared mission: raising awareness and strengthening Europe’s role in the global standardisation landscape.
One of the most impactful aspects of this cooperation is the re-use of high-quality training materials originally developed by the HSbooster Training Academy. These resources have been adapted and integrated into CYBERSTAND.eu’s awareness and capacity-building efforts, including its website and webinars. The training content provides comprehensive insights into the European standardisation system, including the roles of European Standardisation Organisations (ESOs), the functioning of Technical Committees, and the procedures behind the drafting and adoption of standards.
This collaboration and exchange strengthen both projects. On one hand, CYBERSTAND.eu benefits from access to well-established, expert-curated materials that enhance the reach and impact of its training activities. On the other hand, HSbooster extends the legacy and visibility of its outputs beyond the project’s lifetime, reinforcing its role in shaping Europe’s standardisation ecosystem.
In addition to that, both projects have cooperated and delivered joint events and webinars, including the "Standardisation for the Cyber Resilience Act" webinar hosted on 26 February 2025.
