We tailored findings and methodologies coming from the TRIANGLE project, narrowing its scope to serve our current projects. ITU-T Q17/12 found interest in our framework, and a standardisation effort thus started (Y.TestBed), with the following abstract:
This Recommendation proposes a testbed setup and a methodology to evaluate the QoE of the multiple 5G and beyond mobile use cases. A testbed, its calibration, and a testing methodology are described, able to provide consistent and repeatable results in an automated fashion. A key focus of the setup is the use of commercial devices and applications, aiming at making results more valuable by mimicking the setup of a real user.
Reason for applying to HSbooster.eu services
The team has started work on the Y.TestBed work item within ITU-T SG12 (Q17/12), but we're facing a few challenges. While they've made progress, most of them lack experience in writing standards. Recently, the project lost a key colleague who was an expert in ITU-T processes and the editor for the project.
They are seeking help to understand the editor's role, and having someone review their contributions would ensure they meet the standards and follow the usual conventions.
By getting booster services, they hope to improve their team's skills and make sure their work aligns perfectly with ITU-T standards.
