The project is involved with the development and demonstration of local markets for flexibility. This involves the development of algorithms, energy management systems, trading mechanisms and DSO digitalisation technologies.
For the seamless interaction among components, systems and devices involved, it is relevant to consider the information being exchanged. For this, we are involved in the development of the FlexOffer specification.

It is of interest not only due to the FlexOffer specification and its standardisation, but also to better comprehend how the FlexCommunity (Knowledge Community or Community of Practice, involved in the development of the FlexOffer) can be involved in developing a hybrid standardisation process.
