HSbooster.eu Training Academy Session 2: European Standardisation System featured the participation of David Boswarthick, Director of New Technologies at ETSI. Lindsay Frost - HSbooster.eu's External Advisory Board member - chairs the new ETSI Industry Specification Group for cross-cutting Context Information Management (ETSI ISG CIM), has the goal to consult stakeholders, especially from the areas of semantic interoperability and Smart City domains, and find a consensus on how to publish and subscribe to information from various sources (IoT, existing city databases, web, and mobile apps).
In the online workshop organised by SNS OPS as part of its Impact Assessment and Facilitation Action (IAFA) initiative, ETSI and HSbooster.eu have collaborated to tackle relevant topics linked to challenges in standardisation in the context of 5G/6G developments.
